These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, expectations, and responsibilities that apply when you use our services, including remote neurofeedback training, equipment rental, therapist support, and all related materials, websites, software platforms, and digital tools (the “Services”).
By enrolling in neurofeedback training, renting equipment, or using any NeuroClinic service, you agree to these Terms.

NeuroClinic provides remote neurofeedback training, which may include:
Depending on the package selected, you may use Myndlift, Divergence Neuro, or both.
Our services are not medical diagnoses, and they do not replace medical or psychiatric care. We do not treat emergencies or acute psychiatric crises.
Clients agree to:
Failure to adhere to recommendations may affect progress.
This does not qualify for refunds.
We may use different platforms depending on your training tier.
Used for most remote neurofeedback clients.
Includes app-based training, EEG data tracking, and clinician oversight.
Used for clients enrolled in our full package who require more advanced or specialized neurofeedback support, deeper protocol customization, or alternative metrics not available through Myndlift.
Clients agree to:
Both platforms comply with relevant privacy and security standards.

Clients who choose the full package agree to the pricing associated with that package, which may include:
All necessary training equipment—such as the EEG headset and, when applicable, an iPad—is included as part of your neurofeedback package.
There are no equipment rental fees.
Clients agree to:
If equipment is lost, stolen, significantly damaged, or not returned, the client may incur a replacement fee reflecting the actual cost of the device.
Training access (including Divergence Neuro or Myndlift) may be paused if payment fails.
Unreturned equipment may accrue charges.
You may cancel future months by emailing us.
Cancellations apply to upcoming billing cycles only.
We do not issue refunds for:

Neurofeedback can support emotional regulation, focus, sleep, and cognitive functioning, but:

NeuroClinic is not responsible for interruptions due to personal devices or home internet issues.
All data, including information processed through Myndlift or Divergence Neuro, is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed separately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroClinic is not liable for:
