Welcome to NeuroClinic (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, expectations, and responsibilities that apply when you use our services, including remote neurofeedback training, equipment rental, therapist support, and all related materials, websites, software platforms, and digital tools (the “Services”).

By enrolling in neurofeedback training, renting equipment, or using any NeuroClinic service, you agree to these Terms.

If you have any questions, we’re always here to help — reach us at info@neuroclinicusa.com.

1. Our Services

NeuroClinic provides remote neurofeedback training designed to help clients improve brain regulation, focus, emotional balance, and overall mental well-being.

Our services may include:

  • EEG-based neurofeedback training using specialized software platforms

  • Equipment provided for training (such as an EEG headset and, when applicable, a tablet device)
  • Ongoing communication, guidance, and session feedback

The specific equipment, software, and training protocols used may change over time as NeuroClinic updates its technology and services.

NeuroClinic’s services are educational and training-based in nature. They are not medical diagnoses and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

NeuroClinic does not provide emergency services and does not treat acute psychiatric or medical crises. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Failure to adhere to recommendations may affect progress.

This does not qualify for refunds.

3. Technology Platform

NeuroClinic delivers neurofeedback training using the Divergence Neuro software platform.

This platform enables:
